On the morning of Presley's Birthday I let her open one present since she was going with her dad and we would not be having her Party until the 25th so as you can see I am alittle behind on my blog and am now trying to play catch up!

We made cupcakes for her preschool, she had so much fun helping me.

Presley loves going down to Gardner Village around Halloween to see all the witches, Dason on the other hand thiniks he is getting to cool for that now so we went without him.

Happy 60th Birthday Dad

I am dedicating this blog to my dad today he turned the big 60. My dad is the GREATEST dad anyone could ever have and by far the BEST Papa! My dad has always been there for me and my kids no matter what and I am very thankful for that. This last year has been a roller coaster ride but he has stayed so strong and does not let anything get him down. He is such a hard worker and he scares me sometimes because he needs to slow down a bit, but try telling him that. Dad is always about family he has told me time and time again that anyone can take all he has from him but they cant take away the most important thing and that is his family. Happy Birthday Dad (Papa) your the BEST! We love ya have a great day!

I miss you

I met you at a sell, So I bought you for a pet.

I let you sleep with me, but sometimes it was wet.

I tried to cuddle, but there was a puddle, so i just slept on the floor.

We could not think of a name, so we called you moose.

My dad kept getting mad cause I was not at his house to take care of you.

I just ignored him and kept playing and then I had to clean your poo!

Day's passed by, I was at my moms, When I came back she was gone.

My dad said I was not their enough so he sold her.

I went to my bed cried all night and just couldn't get her out of my mind.

Years passed on I forgot about you until right now I MISS YOU MOOSE!

Yesterday Lane went to the BYU game and was so sweet to bring my kids back something you should have seen the look on Dason's face when he gave him this hat, he was so excited and boy does he look handsome. Thank you Lane

Girls day out!

Every year my aunts and cousins all try to get together and have a girls day out, this year we went to Gardner Village to see Witchapalooza, it was alot of fun we always have a great time and have lots of laughs. Traditions are a huge thing to me and my family and I hope we can keep this tradition going.

Pumpkin Patch Field trip

Presley's preschool class went to Day Farms today for a field trip, we all got to pick a pumpkin it was alot of fun. Thank you Mrs. Hillary!

My mom is LOOSING it!

So yesterday Dason had a game at 5:15 and my mom came to watch, I noticed something funny about her so I started to ask her about her day like what she did and so on... she said she went to lunch with all the girls from work and to the mall and a few different little errands, I started laughing so hard and she was saying what is wrong. I finally was able to stop laughing long enoung to tell her that her shirt was inside out. It was so funny she was dieing she could not believe that no one had told her all day. Mom you made my day, you crack me up!

Fish Farm Fun!

Papa feeding the fish to try and help Kanyon catch them, she was fearless, she wanted to hold the fish and pet them, she was putting the other kids to shame.

Soccer saturday

Today was picture day and it was so windy but we made it through it and during the game Presley ROCKED she scored a goal!

The toilet DRAMA!!!!!!!!!

okay so my toilet in my bedroom was running constantly, Roy City even called me and told me that my water bill seemed awfully high and that i must have water running all the time somewhere, so I turned that toilet off and talked to my dad Mr. Handy man about it and next thing he calls me and tells me to meet him at home depot, I went there and we picked out a new toilet and today my dad came and installed it. I have never been so excited about a working toilet but it was GREAT! They really put crappy toilets in this house when they built them. Okay this gets better we get home tonight and Dason goes to use the new toilet and he comes out laughing and says the new toilet is really nice BUT.....

NOW THE DOOR WONT SHUT!!!! @#%* Is what I was thinking. Who knew just the little difference in the shape of the toilet would change things that much. So the lesson of the day was always make sure your door will clear your toilet!!!!

Presley's first Soccer game

Look at her go! What a natural, she really surprised us when she got on the field she was really aggressive and really went for the ball. She did AWESOME!
Presley was so excited to have both her brothers Taylor and Dason there to watch her play and they both thought it was great watching her. She loves her brothers so much! Her dad and Grammy was also there to give them her support. You did GREAT Presley and I cant wait til next Sat to see you at it again.

Presley's first day of dance

Presley has been taking Dance from Studio 48 since she was 3 wow how time flies. I had to pick her up 10 minutes early from school and hurry to the dance studio to get her changed and ready to dance, we made it on time and all went well. She said her teacher was really nice but she could not remember her name or any of the other girls names, silly kid! Her daddy picked her up from dance and he said she had a good time.

Presley's first day of preschool

Yesterday was Presley's first day of preschool for the second year in a row! She is more than ready for kindergarten but since her birthday is in October she missed the deadline. She was so excited to see Mrs. Hillary again and to make new friends. But could my life get any more crazy for me she goes at 12:45 right smack in the middle of the day on Mon, Wed and Fri. She also started dance yesterday and Dason has scouts on wed. so by the end of the day I was ready to crash. So needless to say I NEED TO HIRE A TAXI DRIVER that was not listed in the being a mom handbook, but if i was smart enough I would have remembered my mom doing the same thing. Presley had a great day at school and I am sure it will all get easier after a few weeks of getting in the routine.

Dason's first day of 6th grade

Today was Dason's first day of 6th grade he was really excited and not scared at all. He set his alarm and was up and ready and came and woke me up, it is nice to know that he is becoming so independant. This is the first year that I have been ready for school to start. At his age he is always wanting to do something that involves money and he was getting hard to entertain all day with out putting a negative in my bank account. We had a great Summer and I can't believe he is in the 6th grade it seems like yesterday I was taking him to preschool. Hope you have a great day today Dason, I am so proud of you.

Bringing home Jerzi

Sunday Augest 24th Ashley and Blake finally were able to return home with their beautiful Jerzi, Kanyon was so excited to have them home, she calls her baby sissy. They were so excited to be home with Kanyon and get back to their life. They ended up keeping them an extra day to keep Jerzi under the lights but she is doing great now. We are so happy to have a new addition to our family and by looking at the pictures you can see that Ashley looks great!

Summer's Birthday

This is the Birthday girl Summer she is so proud of the flag and she should be it turned out awesome and she worked hard. Happy Birthday!

On August 23rd it was Summer's Birthday, Summer and I have been friends since I can remember, she has always been there for me and my kids and would drop anything for anybody in need of help or just a shoulder to cry on. I do not know how I would have made it through some days without here. Her little boy is Sutton and my kids love it when he comes to play. Summer likes to sing a lot in the car and my son does not like it so she does it now just to bother him (I love it) If you already know Summer she can talk a lot and once we were in the car and my daughter said " Summer can you stop talking for just a minute" we laughed so hard. So anyways on her birthday she wanted to paint a flag in the road and have a bbq.
